Where are you based?

We are based in Ireland, where fairies originate.

Do you have a shop?

We do not have a physical retail space but sell all our products online.

When will my order ship?

All orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours. Occasionally, when there are lots of fairies moving at the same time, we may need a day or two to replenish stocks. You will be notified of any exceptional delays by email. Our personalised products require a little bit longer as they
are custom made just for you. So please allow another few days for delivery. They will be delivered separately.

Can I order from an international address?

Yes! We accept orders from all over the world. You can select your country during the checkout process. If for some reason your country should not appear, please contact us at [email protected]

How do you calculate your shipping charges?

Delivery charges are based on the item or combination of items you are purchasing and the destination.  Shipping costs on orders are based
on total weight of the order, and in many cases we subsidise them to try and keep the delivery charges to a minimum.  As of March 2017
we have just introduced full track and trace shipping on all orders.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment online with MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Visa, Visa Debit and through PayPal. All data is encrypted using SSL encryption.


Our prices are set in Euro, Sterling and US Dollar. If you are ordering from a country that uses a different currency, the price will be converted using the current exchange rate applied by your credit/debit card company at the time of payment.

What currency will I be charged in?

You will normally be charged in your local currency or the currency of your credit/debit card account.

What exchange rate will be applied?

The exchange rate is determined by your credit/debit card company at the time of purchase.

My package did not arrive—what should I do?

We use both courier and postal companies for our deliveries. In the unlikely event of non-delivery, we are not liable for third parties. You can contact us at [email protected] with a delivery query within 30 days of placing your original order and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Do you accept returns?

We want you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason this is not the case, we will gladly exchange or refund your purchase according to our exchange or refund policy detailed in our terms and conditions. Except in the case of a faulty product, we are not able to offer refunds on personalised books as these are made to order. Please note that our products are not toys. They are not designed to be handled and are for display/decoration purposes only. They can break if used in a rough manner. Our exchange or refund policy does not cover breakages from rough usage.
